My turn around time for bears is currently 4-6 weeks from the start of the month your slots are purchased for MORE BEAR SLOTS ARE ADDED: 10am 1ST OF THE MONTHSTEP ONE: Choose the items of clothing you wish to post to me (please check each listing for quantity) STEP TWO: Take a look at the listings and decide which size Bear you would like me to make for you STEP THREE: Add any extras to your basket such as photo, writing, bows or jackets you may require from the 'add on' section-please order these together! STEP FOUR: You will receive an email confirming your order and it will have my PO Box address STEP FIVE: Post your items to me with a note of your name and order number (I suggest sending special delivery/tracked for your own protection) STEP SIX: I make your chosen keepsake and post it back to you. I am based in the UK.

I CAN provide: Photo on the back, Writing/Handwriting on the foot, Bow on the head (This is not removable), Bow Tie or Formal Tie. REMOVABLE JACKETS/SHIRTS ARE NO LONGER AN OPTION I OFFER. I DO NOT SEW HATS/CAPS.

Between 4-6 weeks from the start of the month you have chosen your bear to be made. Delays in me receiving the clothing will reflect onto your waiting time.

I operate on a postage only basis. You will need to post to the address you receive on your confirmation email after placing your order. I advise sending special delivery/tracked for your own protection. It is the buyers responsibility to get the clothes to me safely.

Unfortunately no, we post to UK only. If you have family/friends in the UK, lots of customers have thier bears sent to this address and then ask them to forward over to your country.

Yes. I no longer create bears using Wedding Dresses, Fur Coats or heavy Leather/Denim. If you are unsure if your items can be used to create a bear, please email me a photo and I will advise.
