My turn around time for bears is currently 4-6 weeks from the start of the month your slots are purchased for MORE BEAR SLOTS ARE ADDED: 10am 1ST OF THE MONTH

STEP ONE: Choose the items of clothing you wish to post to me (please check each listing for quantity) STEP TWO: Take a look at the listings and decide which size Bear you would like me to make for you STEP THREE: Add any extras to your basket such as photo, writing, bows or jackets you may require from the 'add on' section-please order these together! STEP FOUR: You will receive an email confirming your order and it will have my PO Box address STEP FIVE: Post your items to me with a note of your name and order number (I suggest sending special delivery/tracked for your own protection) STEP SIX: I make your chosen keepsake and post it back to you. I am based in the UK.

I operate on a postage only basis. You will need to post to the address you receive on your confirmation email after placing your order. I advise sending special delivery/tracked for your own protection. It is the buyers responsibility to get the clothes to me safely.

Between 4-6 weeks from the start of the month you have chosen your bear to be made. Delays in me receiving the clothing will reflect onto your waiting time.

Unfortunately no, we post to UK only.

Yes. I no longer create bears using Wedding Dresses, Fur Coats or heavy Leather/Denim. If you are unsure if your items can be used to create a bear, please email me a photo and I will advise.
