These beautiful birds are sewn by me using your most cherished fabric. They sit approx. at  inches tall. Smaller than a bear, but are still one of the most precious ways to turn your memories into a loveable treasured keepsake. 
Upon placing your order, I will book you into my diary for sewing. This could range between 4-6 weeks from me receiving the clothing, depending on my workload. It is the buyers responsibility to get the clothes to me at their own cost. With the nature of the items being so sentimental I would advise sending via a tracked postal service. I will require them the month prior to your sewing slot so I can plan my time accordingly.
 
The postal address will be on your confirmation email that you receive after placing your order. Please add a note to your parcel including your name and order number.
 
If you would like any wording on the tummy, please add this to your order by selecting the required 'add ons' via the other listing, and leave a note with required words at checkout. This should only be short as the more words, the smaller the text will be.
 
If you are wanting the wording to be handwriting on the tummy, it will need to be short such as 'Love Nan' or 'Happy Birthday' - send a clear picture of your handwritten note to ellefaitshecreates@gmail.com after adding this to your order. Please leave your order number as the email subject.
 
 
Birds can be made made using 2 pieces of clothing. 
 
I have a real passion for sewing and lots of years experience which shines through in the quality of my products.  I can also incorporate motifs or embellishments to create the perfect keepsake.  
Each item is made individually from your clothing and memories, they are all unique and bespoke keepsakes that I spend time planning, cutting, sewing, stuffing, hand sewing and assembling.  
No two items are the same, they all have their own personality.  
Birds can be made for any occasion, loved ones clothing, baby’s first clothing, school uniform, work uniform, football kits any occasion that holds precious memories for you and your loved ones. I know how important these keepsakes are to you, rest assured that each bear will be lovingly and expertly created.  
Almost any fabric is suitable for a bird, if the material is sheer, very fine or stretchy it will require extra stabilisation. Shirts, t-shirts, dresses, pants, light denim jeans, pyjamas, sweatshirts, uniforms all generally work well. I do not make birds using fur coats or wedding dresses/heavily beaded or sequins. If I receive these, your items will be returned and you will be refunded - minus the postage charge. 
 
**PLEASE NOTE: Items cannot be CE tested due to the use of clothing, therefore they are for decorative use only and should not be given to a child under the age of 14. The bears are a keepsake not a toy.
